Yes, an order confirmation email is sent to you when you place the order. If a confirmation is not received within a few hours of placing your order, please contact us to let us know.

In the event that you receive a defective, incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us at info@ffabb.com with your order number, contact information and photos documenting the possible damage.

Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement item is backordered or out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you to suggest a suitable replacement.

Due to our fast processing and fulfillment times, we’re unable to change an order once it’s been placed. Payment is processed at the time of order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away by phone or email. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Cancelled orders will be refunded less a 5% processing fee.

Free swatches are available for most products and can be requested online by clicking "Fabric Swatches" in the navigation.

You are welcome to order up to 8 swatches. free of charge. Shipping typically take 2-3 business days. If you have placed an order and have not received them within 5 days please email us and we will do our best to track down the parcel.

We currenly only ship within Canada. If you're a customer in the USA, we recommened reaching out to our representative at Salon Design.

Yes, but current lead times will still apply to local pick up orders.  Please wait for our team to notify you that the order is ready and you have been given a pick up window for collection before arriving at the warehouse. The 2-4 days as indicated beside local pick up is in reference to how quickly it will be made available to you for pick up after notification of completion of your order has been received.  

Yes, we offer white glove delivery throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

We offer limited modifications to trade members, and will make adjustments to the overall lengths of our collection to fit them within your design.

ffabbis happy to partner with trade professionals, offering a select number of custom projects each year. This includes collaborating on the initial design concept, sourcing materials, fabrication and testing.

2023 is fully booked. We invite inquiries from those interested in working with us in 2024.

We proudly design and manufacture all of our furniture all of our furniture and most components in house, in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

Yes, designers and trade members may use COM/COL as an option.  Each product notes the amount required. A sample must be sent to ffabb prior to ordering to confirm it's use.

Yes, we have our showroom in North Vancouver. We don't carry the entire FFABB collection. Send us an email prior to your visit and we can pull a piece from production for you to view.

a. Rebound foam, medium density, non-fire retardant and low VOC. This is considered the standard option and the denisity we have found most folks gravitate to for a firmer feel. 

b. Latex foam, a blend of natural with some synthetic for folks looking for a more natural option. Latex gives a bouncy foamy feel.

c. 80% Feather/20% Poly pouches are available on some sofas for a softer more plush feel.

Not all products have padding options. Please check the product description for the variables.

Yes. We offer storage at a rate of $15/day, starting two weeks after your piece is complete.

You will be notified with photos prior to packaging. Once you have seen the pictures of your new goodies we will begin coordinating the delivery.

Average production times vary from 5-11 weeks depending on the scale of the project. If you are expecting an install date and are trying to line up the completion of your piece, let us know, and we'll work on our end to make it happen.
